As his official web site recounts,Warren Oddsson was a prolific media artist and resident of Vancouver, Canada.  His work graced the cover of almost a hundred fanzines, was shown in media art shows across North America and appeared on T-shirts and tote bags, as well as sold as media prints.  Sadly, he died on August 14, 2001, at 43 years of age.  I first stumbled onto the above artwork this summer while combing Google for Voyage related information.  The piece is available in print form, as are many other fine works relating to classic TV shows and fandoms.  I would like to thank the administrator of Mr. Oddsson's official site for granting permission for the display of this fine work.
